On November 9, SUMMIT 6 2024 took place, the main event for builders this fall from Liga Maistriv

🔔 SUMMIT 6 2024 — a unique event for master builders, manufacturers and suppliers of construction products, which takes place in Kyiv in the fall for the sixth year in a row. General partner: Schneider Electric. The event is organized by the largest platform of builders in Ukraine, Liga Maistriv. During the event, participants could compete with one another in professional skill, and visitors got a venue for communication and networking among tiling and cladding professionals, electricians, installers, plumbers and others.

As part of Summit 6 the 1st All-Ukrainian conference Junior Future 2024 took place, on a separate floor of the venue. This project was organized in cooperation with the educational project Edup (https://edup.org.ua). The event was held for students and graduates of vocational schools, industrial training masters, and directors of specialized construction educational institutions. The aim of the event is to popularize the builder's profession and raise its prestige. The program featured TOP master builders: Volodymyr Volosko, Oleksandr Nikiforov and others. All participants had the opportunity to complete a quest and talk with masters, site foremen and technologists of leading manufacturers.

Separately, at the event a memorandum of cooperation was signed between the Institute for Rehabilitation, Reintegration and Professional Development of Veterans and Liga Maistriv, under which experts and specialists of the platform will be able to join the training of veterans of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

Together with the team of Institute for Reintegration, Rehabilitation and Professional Development of Veterans “Architecture of Resilience” of the Kyiv National University of Construction and Architecture became, in the process of preparing the summit, the coordinating center of an important initiative – the signing of a memorandum between the Veterans Cluster of Ukraine and Liga Maistriv, which took place as part of the event. The memorandum provides, in particular, for creating favorable conditions for the integration of veterans into professional life, which includes organizing training programs, advisory support and helping them find employment together with KNUBA.

In total, the event was attended by 600+ craftsmen of all specialties, site foremen, and partners of manufacturers and suppliers. 35 companies took part in the event: Agromat, StarDesign, Ecosoft, Saint  Gobain, Legrand, Polimin, Dnipro-M, Kreisel, Ajax, Heilei  Ukraine and others.

How it went:

• Final of the Sika Championship among tilers: determining the best team of masters among the winners of the qualifying rounds in Kyiv, Dnipro, Lviv and Odesa. The team from Kyiv won: Tilers – Vasyl Kostianets (captain), Dmytro Kuramshyn, Oleksandr Ivaniuk.

• Competition for the best electrician: as part of the Schneider Electric Cup. The winning team: ElektroMaister – Oleh Vakulenko, Anton Samsonenko, Yehor Pushkin.

• Competition for the best installer-plumber: as part of the Fado Cup. The winning  team: Artsanteh – Serhii Rei, Ivan Matviichuk, Dmytro Riabchuk.

• Networking: Speed dating and numerous opportunities for the event's participants to communicate with one another.

• Gifts for all participants: the prize fund of the draw from partners, in the form of products and certificates, amounted to about UAH 300,000.

• Donating to the Armed Forces of Ukraine: thanks to those present at the event, about UAH 97,000 was raised.
