Charity gastronomic dinner in Cherkasy
UAH 7 million was raised on December 5 during a charity gastronomic dinner in Cherkasy. All the funds will be distributed among five units of the Defense Forces: -110th Separate Mechanized Brigade named after Marko Bezruchko -107th Separate Aviation Wing F-16 -155th Separate Mechanized Brigade named after Anna of Kyiv -35th Separate Marine Brigade named after Rear Admiral Mykhailo Ostrohradskyi -16th Separate Support Regiment Of the money raised
UAH 7 million was raised on December 5 during a charity gastronomic dinner in Cherkasy. All the funds will be distributed among five units of the Defense Forces: -110th Separate Mechanized Brigade named after Marko Bezruchko -107th Separate Aviation Wing F-16 -155th Separate Mechanized Brigade named after Anna of Kyiv -35th Separate Marine Brigade named after Rear Admiral Mykhailo Ostrohradskyi -16th Separate Support Regiment Of the money raised, UAH 3 million came from socially responsible businesses, another UAH 3 million was a subvention from the Cherkasy City Council, and UAH 1 million in subvention was provided by the Cherkasy Regional Military Administration. For the charity gastronomic dinner, 18 top chefs and bartenders from different cities of Ukraine worked. They prepared exclusive dishes of Ukrainian cuisine, signature cocktails and fruit and berry liqueurs. One of the chefs was Yevhen Komarov, Deputy Head of the Veterans Institute “Architecture of Resilience”. There were also exclusive lots: the book “My War” signed by its author Valerii Zaluzhnyi, a coin signed by Oleksandr Usyk and a flag signed by Kyrylo Budanov. Preparation for the gastronomic dinner took about two months, and the outcome was incredible.
