The Kyiv National University of Construction and Architecture has been named the first institution where the pilot robotics laboratory RoboLab will start operating.

This is reported by the Ministry of Digital Transformation.

Here, students, lecturers and innovators will be able to build robots, test their ideas and work with 3D modeling and artificial intelligence technologies. Out of Kyiv's 16 universities, independent experts chose KNUBA, taking into account its experience in robotics as well as its readiness to provide space and a team of specialists.

The Ministry of Digital Transformation notes that the laboratory will be open to everyone interested, in order to help turn projects into real technological solutions. The successful experience of the pilot is planned to be extended to other universities in Ukraine. The project was initiated by the Association of Robotics and Automated Systems and the Ministry of Digital Transformation in partnership with the Ministry of Education and Science. Support was provided by the Ukraine-Moldova American Enterprise Fund, as well as the companies Ajax Systems and Deus Robotics.
