On April 15, the spring restaurant conference PRORESTO’24 will take place in Odesa

PRORESTO’24 is a platform for bringing together restaurant industry professionals of Ukraine – from waiters and cooks to heads of large restaurant chains – to exchange knowledge and experience and provide mutual support.

The stage will host topical panel discussions with leading experts of the restaurant industry.

We will talk about marketing, scaling a restaurant business and Odesa hospitality.

The event will include exhibitions by leading industry companies.

The highlight of the PRORESTO’24 forum will be a gala party with the speakers and guests of the event at the Premier Hotel restaurant.
A unique feature of the evening, accompanied by vinyl rhythms from Mighty Max will be the joint work of outstanding masters of mixology: Yuliia Terletska, brand ambassador of Ukrainian vodka Nemiroff;
Yevhen Komarov, a lawyer of the company Global Law and business developer;
an Odesa master of communication and cocktails Fatou.

Delicious dishes will be served by the president of the Association of Chefs of Ukraine and managing partner of the company Restetika Andrii Mahaletskyi together with a team of chefs.

In collaboration with the Come Back Alive foundation and the Restoration Agency, a charity auction will be held; the funds raised from ticket sales for the gala party and from the auction will go toward the purchase of KAZ – communication equipment that will help strengthen air defense, the purchase of FPV drones for the 58th Brigade, and a mobile hospital
